Shipping Policy
Currently, The Little Red Shop only ships in the continental US!
Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will process the following Monday and will ship 1-3 business days afterwards. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150.
All other orders will ship at a flat rate of $10.
Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $10 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
LOST PACKAGES: The Little Red Shop is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider, NOT LRS as we will not be able to offer any refunds or discounts.

We want your shopping experience at The Little Red Shop to be wonderful and for you to absolutely love your purchases! But if for any reason you are unhappy, we are here to help!
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
All items purchased in-store at The Social Shop {4219 Providence Road} are returnable for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase.
Any item purchased at a discount is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a refund or a store credit.
All accessories are FINAL SALE -- including jewelry, hats, scarves, glasses, etc.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for a refund that are postmarked within 7 calendar days from your order ship date. We accept returns for an online credit for items that are postmarked within 14 calendar days from your order ship date. Anything after 15 days will not be accepted.
Any item purchased at a discount is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a refund or a store credit.
All accessories are FINAL SALE -- including jewelry, hats, scarves, glasses, etc.
Any damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery otherwise a return will not be possible.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment, otherwise a store credit is given.
Returns must be received in unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags still attached.
Any item not returned in original/unworn condition will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund and/or store credit. And shipping the item back will be at the customer's expense.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Gift cards, accessories, home decor, and baby gifts are not eligible for a return.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
